Have you been wondering how to grow taller after puberty. It is possible because my mother grew two inches even though she was in her twenties and already had three children. She did it doing yoga. Yoga is not the only way to grow taller, although it is very helpful. There are many exercises that you can do to increase your height in just a few months.

Doing yoga every day will definitely stretch your spine and help you grow taller. All yoga is helpful. Do not do any yoga positions that hurt you in anyway and always ask your doctor before starting a new exercise regime, especially if you have been away from exercising for a while.

One of the best yoga poses for stretching your spine is called the Cobra. To do the Cobra, you will lay on your stomach with your face looking forward and your hands on the ground directly under your shoulders. Push up with your arms and stretch your head backward as far as you can go.

This yoga pose will stretch your spine and make you grow taller. It may take a few months of doing this pose and other exercises before you see some results.

Almost all of the yoga poses will help you become more flexible or stretch your spine which will help you grow taller in the long run.

Growing taller is not the only health benefit of yoga. Yoga is helpful if you are trying to lose weight, reduce stress, relieve pain, repair your back and generally feel better.

Start doing yoga every day to grow taller and be healthier.


Hang Upside Down

Hanging upside down is a gentle and natural way to relieve back pain and stretch your spine. You can grow taller in a very short period of time by spending at least 15 minutes a day hanging upside down.

There are numerous types of equipment that you can use to hang upside down safely in your own home. You can purchase and inexpensive kit with a bar and boots so that you can hang upside down in a doorway.

You can also purchase an inversion board which you can strap yourself to and hang upside down.

Always ask a doctor before starting any new exercise program including hanging upside down.
